Comfortable and spacious room with good amenities. We had a minor issue with the bed being two singles pushed together instead of a king, but the front desk quickly resolved it. The hotel is well-located with parking available. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a heritage hotel in Penang! the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. the room had a high ceiling and offered a stunning view of the landmark tower. the bathroom was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and although it wasn't perfect, it was certainly adequate to start my day. the hotel's location was perfect, easy to find and close to great restaurants and attractions. the manager was responsive and helped me with a WiFi issue which was resolved promptly. I also appreciated the option to hold my luggage.

The WiFi speed wasn't always reliable, though it was better than previous stays.

My Xmas at the hotel was amazing! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The room was tidy and comfortable with a great view of the city. The breakfast offered various options that were delicious. the location was perfect as it was close to the bus station and great restaurants. Another great benefit was the free WiFi which allowed me to keep in touch with my family during the holidays.

The parking lot was a bit of a challenge as it did not have a top shelter to protect my car from the rain. , I was confused about whether children were allowed to stay in the hotel as the information on the website was unclear.

The new year celebration at this hotel was relatively cheap and budget, friendly, offering a great value for the money spent. the staff was also friendly and accommodating, always greeting guests with a warm smile. the hotel's central location was another plus, making it a great spot to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants.

The noise level in the room was unbearable. the walls were paper, thin, and I could hear everything going on in the hallway and neighboring rooms.
